Privacy
The Phraseology Project runs as a static site with a deliberately small data footprint. The notes below describe what is and is not collected.
What we collect
The site does not set marketing cookies, does not run third-party trackers, and does not embed remote analytics scripts that fingerprint visitors. Standard server access logs are retained by our hosting provider for routine operational use, including identifying abusive traffic patterns.
What we do not collect
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not share visitor data with third-party partners, and we do not use behavioural analytics to optimise the site for engagement. There is no newsletter signup that collects email addresses at the time of writing.
Email correspondence
If you write to the editorial team, we retain the correspondence only as long as is useful to handle the request. Submissions that are declined are deleted after a short retention period. Submissions that are accepted are retained as part of the editorial record.
Hosting and edge handling
The site is served from Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare retains its own operational logs as described in its policies. We do not have access to identifying information beyond what is needed to keep the site available.
Children
The site is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
